Should I redesign?

I’m considering trying to make my own theme from scratch. I have a graphic design degree for christ’s sake. I should maybe consider using it.

Pssst…pass it on…

If any of you are as big of a fan of Martini as I am (the woman, not the drink) (…) (well, maybe the drink too), you should know she’s moved.

Don’t say I never did anything for ya. :)

I found this interesting.

Category blog bidnass, The Hubs

It’s no secret that I have a minor blogging crush on Heather Armstrong of Dooce fame. Her blog and “job” are what I envy. I would love to be in her position.

Recently, her husband and other husbands of blogging wives/moms spoke on the point of how they feel about their lives and whatnot being put on public display. I find this interesting because sometimes the hubs feels the same way, and doesn’t always care for all the information about myself that I put out there.

On a related note, I had started a blog entry yesterday – and haven’t published it. I was literally typing my thoughts, and I don’t know how comfortable I am with putting what I’ve typed out there for the world. I might re-write and publish…stay tuned.

Happy Thanksgiving, Internets. Personally, I’ll be indulging in the goods with the husband’s family. I’ll be making fruit fluff thanks to grandma’s recipe.

I may or may not be back in the blogging land until Monday. Till then –

This is funny, and weird….and kind of scary.

I was passing a link to my blog to a friend, and I mis-typed the address.

Instead of

I typed (the s and p are switched).

Click that link if you dare.

For those that don’t dare, I’ll fill you in. It goes to “BIBLECOLLEGEONLINE.COM” the “easy to navigate MEGA-SITE of Bible, Christian, church & religious information, sermons & studies.”

Like, seriously, what?! It’s like the bible beaters registered this misspelling to redirect people trying to find my blog to theirs. As if I’m so horrid that they need to save people from my blog and tell them the stories of Jesus.

Turns out – they own – so anything with that in the URL will auto redirect to that site. I’m not the only one – everyone gets that. I guess I’m not THAT special. Oh well. :)
